He is a PMP certified professional with expertise in project and people management, engineering management and delivery, process improvement, and building and managing high-performance teams. Arunkanthan has spent 12+ years in software product development, mainly in enterprise security software. He is currently the Director at Kodehop Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and has previously worked at McAfee and Disney Technology. At ESPN Digital Media (India) Private Limited, Arunkanthan served as a Technical QA Manager for the productivity engineering team. He managed a team of SDET/automation engineers and designed and implemented productivity frameworks. He also created self-reinforcing feedback loops that scaled across departments and teams and monitored data streams for anomalies. Arunkanthan evaluated testing processes and methods of widely disparate teams to ensure consistency based upon standards and regularly interfaced with technical personnel across internal groups and external vendors.
